Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status “preparing for shipping”, “shipping” or “delivered”, then we cannot accept any edits to your order. To make changes to your order, please contact us. Contact Us
CUSTOMS TAXES AND DUTIES

You may be subject to import duties and taxes. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country’s laws. You should contact your local customs office for further information because Customs policies vary a lot from country to country. In addition, when ordering from 3nDy family, you are considered the importer of the goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the packages. 
PAYMENT METHODS

Payment methods include PayPal and Credit cards.
PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payment.
PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).
1) After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal. Then you will leave our site and enter PayPal’s website.
2) You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you haven’t got one.
3) You can use the PayPal as you want according to the on-screen instructions.
Usually, PayPal e-check will take 3-5 business days to be confirmed by PayPal.
The reasons why we suggest you use PayPal:
Payment is traceable. By using your PayPal account, you can trace the status of your payment.
When you make payment for your order, you don’t need to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). When you use your credit card through PayPal, nobody will see your credit card number, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized use.
 Which currency will I be charged in?
     Answer: We currently support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: USD and EUR. If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD or EUR, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose. 

 1. How much is your shipping rate?
Answer: Shipping rate is based on your shipping location or country. To check and identify your shipping rates you can try to go to Checkout section, enter your location then it is automatically generate.
Please note that the shipping rate amount is non-negotiable and created from the rates provided by the applicable shipping carrier service.
2. Is shipping included in the product price listed in the catalog?
Answer: No, product prices displayed in Product Catalog don’t have shipping costs set up. These costs will vary depending on your location, as well as the amounts of similar products in an order. 
3. How about if i order more than one item, is the shipping cost on my first item is the same?

4. Why there’s no tracking for my order?
Answer:There are some reasons why you may not have received tracking information. 
Reason 1 – Your item may be shipping from one of our UK production. UK production don’t provide tracking numbers.
Reason 2 – Your order might still be in production. If it is a holiday time our production might be experiencing higher demand than usual and items may be taking longer to create. Your tracking information should be available soon. 
There may be issues with your order. Please inform us and we’ll look into it ASAP. 

5. Why does my product smell?
Some tshirts printed via DTG methods may have slight odours due to the pretreatment and curing process that tshirts go through in production. This is totally normal and will disappear after a wash. Our products is freshly made to order.

6.Is there a warranty?
Answer: We guarantee any of our product made by us and sold through our online store to be free of defect. We would gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from a defective item granted they respect the following conditions:
– The item must have been sold on our online store
– The item shouldn’t have been used in any way
– The return or exchange request is made within 28 days of delivery
– The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request
